Meet Lark, a certified divorce real estate expert (CDRE) and relocation expert certified by the top divorce real estate certification in the country. He’s one of only two CDREs in Orange County and Los Angeles County, and regularly provides CLEs to the family law community.
Lark has been involved in real estate since 2006, but 2014 was his first professional experience when he was mentored by a flip investor, flipping 123 homes that year. After passing his license exam in 2015, Lark has been the top sales agent at his Beverly Hills office for the past three years and is on track to do the same this year.
On top of being a successful real estate agent, Lark graduated salutatorian from the Ilumni Institute (The top divorce real estate certification in the country) and is part of NextMove, a nationwide hand-picked group of top relocation experts for high-level athletes, celebrities, and military members. He is also a member and sponsor of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, NAR, CAR, TheMLS, and GLAR.
Lark is passionate about raising responsible young men and helping men become better husbands, fathers, and leaders in their homes and communities.
He is the proud husband of his beautiful wife, Tristan, and father to two boys, London and Luca, and their Great Dane, Coco. An active member of his church and community, Lark loves to lobster dive, bike, hike, golf, play and coach baseball, play soccer, run, lift weights, go dancing, and travel.
